We welcome you to join us as we take a moment to center ourselves and breathe. We use this as an opportunity to practice mindfulness in a variety of ways. In this 15 minute activity members will learn and share techniques for quieting our minds, calming our bodies, and opening our hearts. We believe in the importance of acknowledging all the wonderful things we can do and have, especially this year! These gatherings are meant to inspire our community to reflect, share gratitude and bring feelings of joy and love in a positive and meaningful way. This is also a beautiful way for us to all get to know each other a little better. Everyone can benefit from a dose of self love these days and we are proud to hold a space for you to do so!
